Oh, you're talking about Clintwood/Powell Valley now?

That was just Clintwood playing against another horrible spell of Powell Valley's "throw, throw, throw, throw, throw, run" offense in which they (PV) showed great promise in the running game but were close to scoring numerous times only to end up throwing interceptions almost every time and screwing up important drives. Horrible play-calling just like in the most recent PV/GC game.

Let's also not forget that up to that point, Powell Valley was actually playing fairly well and this was before they were beaten by Clintwood and played a surprisingly bad game versus Kelly.

I wasn't impressed by Clintwood because the entire night they were sucking it up on offense. I wasn't impressed by Powell Valley because their offense was also miserable and their defense didn't have a whole lot to worry about with Clintwood's mediocre Offense.

I picked Powell Valley 34-6 because of the way Clintwood was demolished by Volunteer and then beaten pretty badly (28-3) by Lebanon who Powell Valley completely shut down [the running game I'm referring to] just a week or so before.

I was definitely shocked that Clintwood came out winners because I would have never expected it before the game, but afterwards I wasn't so much impressed as I was disappointed that I didn't see a better Powell Valley team with better play-calling. And let's not forget that almost every time Myron P. touched the ball that game (when he DID get to do so), he ran all over Clintwood.
